摘要

为提高硬币分装效率,研发了一种硬币自动化分装装置。该装置利用振动盘把杂乱无章的不同直径硬币管和混合在一起的不同面值的硬币进行排队,按照预定的螺旋轨道输送到相应位置,自动把不同面值的硬币分别装入对应的硬币管内,同时完成计数和辨伪辅助功能,工作效率和速度可由控速装置进行控制。
        In order to improve the efficiency of coin sorting, an automatic coin sorting device is developed. The device uses a vibrating disk to queue up disorderly coin tubes of different diameters and coins of different denominations mixed together. The coins of different denominations are automatically loaded into the corresponding coin tubes according to the predetermined spiral track. At the same time, the counting and counterfeiting auxiliary functions are completed. The working efficiency and speed can be controlled by the speed control device.
