产科心理护理对孕产妇妊娠结局的影响

摘要
目的:分析评估产科心理护理对孕产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2017年3月-2018年3月本院收治70例孕产妇临床资料,按照随机数字表方法分成两组,对照组35例行常规护理试验组35例在其基础上接受专业性心理护理,对比两组SAS、SDS评分及护理满意度评分。结果:试验组护理后SAS(42.15±3.64)分、SDS(41.84±4.52)分,均优于对照组(P <0.05);试验组对护理工作满意度为100%,高于对照组85.71%(P <0.05)。结论:心理护理干预有利于改善孕产妇负面情绪,提高自然生产率,减少不必要的剖宫产率,对改善护患关系有积极作用。
Objective: To analyze the impact of obstetric psychological care on maternal pregnancy outcomes. Methods: From March 2017 to March 2018, the clinical data of 70 cases of maternal were collected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 35 cases in the control group received routine nursing, and 35 cases in the experimental group received professional psychological care, SAS, SDS scores and nursing satisfaction scores of two groups were compared. Results: The SAS(42.15±3.64) and SDS(41.84±4.52) scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was 100%, which was higher than that of the control group, 85.71%.(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing intervention was beneficial to improve maternal negative emotions, increase natural productivity, reduce unnecessary cesarean section rate, and it had a positive effect on improving nurse-patient relationship.
