责任制整体护理模式在神经外科的应用与效果

摘要
目的探析责任制整体护理模式在神经外科的应用效果。方法 2016年1月~2017年1月,我院神经外科共收治住院患者86例,依照随机数表将其分为520例对照组与520例观察组。对照组行常规护理,观察组行责任制整体护理。对两组患者护理效果进行对比。结果由本次研究可知,在护理满意度上,对照组远不及观察组(95.19%>80.58%),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不良事件发生情况上,对照组远高于观察组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任制整体护理模式在神经外科患者的临床护理中具有极好的应用效果,可在临床护理中大力推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of responsibility system holistic nursing model in Department of neurosurgery. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,the Department of neurosurgery in our hospital treated a total of 86 cases of hospitalized patients,divided into 520 cases of the control group and the observation group of 520 cases according to the random number table. The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received holistic nursing care. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The study shows that in the nursing satisfaction,the control group is far less than the observation group(95. 19% ~ 80. 58%),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse events in the control group was much higher than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The responsibility system holistic nursing mode in the clinical nursing of patients with Department of neurosurgery has excellent application effect,can be in clinical nursing.
