摘要
以660 MW超临界凝汽机组为例,基于单耗率分析理论,构建汽水循环各项设备的单耗率分析数学模型。利用Ebsilon热力系统软件,对3组不同工况的汽轮机高、中、低压缸、空冷凝汽器、各级回热加热器、凝结水泵以及给水泵等设备结构因素附加单耗率计算分析。设备结构因素附加单耗率分布结果表明,高压缸第一级和低压缸末级是汽轮机本体优化设计重点,为设备优化设计提供指导方向。
        Based on the theory of unit consumption analysis,taking 660 MW supercritical condensing unit as an example,a mathematical model for unit consumption analysis of various equipments in steam-water cycle was established.The additional unit consumptions of high pressure cylinder,intermediate pressure cylinder,low pressure cylinder,air-cooled condenser,bleeder heaters at all levels,condensate pump and feed pumps under three different cases were calculated and analyzed by using EBSION thermal system software.The unit consumption from structural factors distribution results showed that the first stage of high pressure cylinder and the last stage of low pressure cylinder should be the optimal design focus for the turbine body which provides the guidance for the optimal system design.
