摘要
目的探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)与大鼠自然妊娠和早产的关系。方法将16只成年雌性SD大鼠分为中孕组、晚孕组、妊娠组和早产组,每组4只。比较4组血清和羊水的EGF水平及胎盘EGFR的相对表达量,并分析其相关性。结果妊娠组血清EGF水平均高于其他3组(均P <0. 05),而早产组和中孕组羊水EGF水平均低于晚孕组和妊娠组(均P <0. 05)。妊娠组胎盘EGFR相对表达量均高于其他3组(均P <0. 05)。血清EGF水平、羊水EGF水平及胎盘EGFR表达量三者之间均呈正相关(P <0. 05)。结论 EGF和EGFR水平均随着大鼠孕期延长逐渐升高,当EGF和EGFR水平在孕晚期出现下降,则可能预示着早产。EGF和EGFR可能可以作为自然妊娠的观测指标和预防早产的生物学标志物。
        Objective To investigate the relationship between epidermal growth factor( EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor( EGFR) with natural pregnancy and preterm birth in rats. Methods Sixteen adult female SD rats were divided into mid-pregnancy group,late-pregnancy group,pregnancy group,or premature group,with 4 rats in each group. The EGF levels of serum,amniotic fluid,and the relative expression level of placental EGFR were compared between four groups,and their correlations were analyzed. Results Serum EGF level was higher in pregnancy group than in the other three groups( all P < 0. 05),the EGF level of amniotic fluid was lower in the preterm group and mid-pregnancy group than in the late-pregnancy group and the pregnancy group,respectively( all P < 0. 05). The relative expression level of placental EGFR was higher in the pregnancy group than in the other three groups( all P < 0. 05).Positive correlation was found among the serum EGF level,EGF level of amniotic fluid and placental EGFR( P < 0. 05).Conclusion EGF and EGFR levels gradually increase with gestation prolonging,and decline of EGF and EGFR levels in the late-pregnancy probably indicates premature birth. Therefore,EGF and EGFR may be used as observation indices for natural pregnancy and biomarkers for preventing preterm birth.
