协同创新机制下合肥工业大学地质创新型人才培养模式的探索

摘要
从地质学科自身的特点出发,在国家创新发展的战略下,合肥工业大学地质学科采取了一些人才培养模式的探索。本文分别从更新破除传统的教育观念,建设独立自主的创新型教育管理模式,加强产学研教、实现人才培养和企业效益共赢,增加国际交流和国际化程度、学习引进国际先进技术等四个方面论述了合肥工业大学地质学科在协同创新机制下地质创新型人才培养模式的探索。
Based on the characteristics of the geological discipline,in the strategy of national innovation development,the geological discipline of Hefei University of Technology has taken some exploration of talent cultivation mode.This paper respectively from the update to break the traditional education ideas,building independent innovative education management mode,strengthening the production,teaching and personnel training and the enterprise benefit and win-win,increasing international exchange and internationalization,studying the introduction of international advanced technology and so on four aspects discusses the geological disciplines of Hefei University of Technology in collaborative innovation mechanism under geological exploration of cultivating innovative talents.
