摘要
依据行业标准MT 313—92《液压支架立柱技术条件》,液压支架立柱活塞杆表面需进行电镀层防护处理,常为铜锡合金和硬铬复合镀层,其镀层厚度约为60~80μm。该防护层磨损和腐蚀失效后需进行表面修复,目前主要的修复方法有堆焊、热喷涂、等离子熔覆、激光熔覆。
According to the industry standard MT 313—92 "Technical Conditions of Hydraulic Support Column", the piston rod surface of hydraulic support column needs to be protected by electroplating, the commonly used electroplated coatings are copper tin alloy and hard chromium composite coating, the coating thickness is about 60 ~ 80 micron.
