摘要
研究了铅锌尾砂不同比表面积及掺量对水泥砂浆力学性能及安全性的影响。结果表明:铅锌尾砂比表面积对水泥砂浆力学性能影响较大,尾砂比表面积需要适中,其中B铅锌尾砂经粉磨15min效果较良好,过细会导致浆体流动性不佳,试件成型不均,结构不密实导致力学性能下降。铅锌尾砂在合适比表面积范围内(300-500m~2/kg)用于水泥砂浆制备的掺量可达到20%。且重金属浸出率及试块的内照射指数、外照射指数、放射性总比活度均满足国家标准要求,可以作为建筑材料使用。
        In this paper, the effects of different fineness and content of lead-zinc tailings on the mechanical properties and safety of cement mortar are studied. The results show that the fineness of lead-zinc tailings has a great influence on the mechanical properties of cement mortar, and the fineness of tailings needs to be moderate. The fineness of B-lead-zinc tailings after grinding for 15 minutes is better. Whereas excessive fineness will lead to poor slurry fluidity, uneven specimen formation and poor mechanical properties due to compact structure. It is feasible that lead-zinc tailings can be used in cement mortar preparation with 20% content in a suitable fineness range(300~500 m~2/kg). Moreover, the leaching rate of heavy metals, the internal exposure index, the external exposure index and the total specific activity of radioactivity all meet the requirements of national standards and can be used as building materials.
