摘要
对1880热轧1#加热炉烧嘴火焰长度进行研究,通过测定烧嘴火焰长度及温度曲线证实了1#炉板坯中间温度低的原因为烧嘴火焰过短。通过理论分析确定了增加烧嘴火焰长度的方案,并利用计算机仿真及燃烧试验验证了方案的有效性。
The burner flame length of 1880 hot rolling furnace No.1 is studied. The temperature is lower than other parts in the middle of slab length in furnace No.1, it is confirmed by measuring the burner flame length and temperature curve: The flame length for burner is too short. The scheme to increase the burner flame length is determined by theoretical analysis, and its effectiveness is verified by computer simulation and combustion test.
