基于创新创业教育理念的应用型高校师资队伍建设

摘要
创新创业能力已经成为大学生的必备能力之一,培养优秀的创新创业人才是顺应社会发展的必然选择。但是,目前由于很多应用型高校存在对创新创业教育重视程度不足,以及创新创业教师面临着数量和经验上的不足、结构上的单一、创新思想匮乏等问题,这些制约了创新创业教育的发展。本文提出了建立创业教师准入规则、转变创新创业教师管理理念、规范创新创业教师培养内容以及建立完善的管理机制等措施,以期解决当今应用型本科高校创新创业师资建设过程中存在的问题。
The society has put forward higher requirements for college graduates.Innovation and entrepreneurship ability has become a necessary ability for college students.It is an inevitable choice to cultivate excellent innovative and entrepreneurship talents to conform to the social development.However,at present,due to the insufficient attention paid to innovation and entrepreneurship education in many applied universities,innovative and entrepreneurship teachers are facing the problems of insufficient quantity and experience,single structure and lack of innovative ideas,which restrict the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper puts forward some measures,such as establishing entrepreneurship teachers' admission rules,changing the management concept of innovative entrepreneurship teachers,standardizing the training content of innovative entrepreneurship teachers and establishing a sound management mechanism,to solve the problems existing in the construction of innovative entrepreneurship teachers in today's applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
