摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为相关机构及部门制定高被引论文发展规划和政策提供参考。[方法/过程]基于2017年6期ESI数据,分别从论文年份、学科和引文阈值的角度,分析全球高被引论文的整体动态、新增论文及剔除论文的变化特征,剖析全球高被引论文的动态变化现象和特征。[结果/结论]全球高被引论文整体稳步发展,论文总量随ESI更新呈近似线性增加,各期论文净增长率、新增率及剔除率均比较稳定。时间是检验论文的重要标准,发表年份越新,论文的变动性越大,发表越早的论文稳定性越好;经济与商业学科论文量增长最快,数学、社会科学增长缓慢。学科动态分析表明,工程学、农业科学、计算机科学学科的论文变动性较大,物理学、免疫学、化学、分子生物学与遗传学的论文相对稳定;引文阈值分析表明,现今综合交叉学科、材料科学、分子生物学与遗传学、计算机科学等学科的科学研究较为活跃,新科学新技术能更快地传播、改进或应用。
        [Purpose/significance] The paper aims to provide references for the relevant institutions and departments to formulate development plans and policies of the highly cited papers. [Method/process] Based on the ESI data from the sixth period of 2017, the paper discusses some dynamic characteristics, including global overall dynamic, new added highly cited papers and removed highly cited papers, from the perspectives of year distributions, subject disciplines and highly cited thresholds. [Result/conclusion] With the steady development of global highly cited papers, the total number of papers increases linearly with ESI updates. The net growth rate,added rate and removed rate are relatively stable. Time is an important criterion for testing papers. The newer the year of publication is,the greater variability highly cited papers have. The earlier papers have the better stability. The papers of economic & business have the fastest increase rate, while the papers of mathematics and social sciences increase slowly. The subject dynamic analysis shows that the papers of engineering, agricultural science, and computer science are more changeable, and the papers of physics, immunology,chemistry, and molecular biology & genetics are relatively stable. The analysis on highly cited thresholds indicates that scientific research of multidisciplinary, materials science, molecular biology & genetics, and computer science are relatively active. New scientific disciplines and technologies can spread, improve and be applied quickly.
