奥美拉唑联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗急性胃炎的临床疗效

摘要
目的探讨奥美拉唑联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗急性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取靖安县人民医院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的急性胃炎患者120例,随机分为A、B、C组,各40例。A组患者采用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗,B组患者采用奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,C组患者采用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,3组患者均持续治疗1个月。比较3组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及疾病复发情况。结果 C组患者临床疗效优于A、B组(P<0.05)。A、C组患者不良反应发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。3组患者复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗急性胃炎的临床疗效确切,其可更有效改善患者的临床症状及体征,减少复发,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with compound acidophilus lactobacillus tablet in treating acute gastritis.Methods A total of 120 cases of acute gastritis patients were selected from January 2015 to January 2016 in Jing'an County People's Hospital,which were randomly divided into A,B,C group,40 cases in each group.The A group was treated with compound acidophilus lactobacillus tablet,B group was treated with omeprazole,C group was treated with omeprazole combined with compound acidophilus lactobacillus tablet,all groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical effect,the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence were compared among three groups.Results The clinical effect of C group was better than A,B group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in A,C group were lower than B group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of recurrence rate among three groups(P>0.05).ConclusionOmeprazole combined with compound acidophilus lactobacillus tablet have an exact clinical effect in treating acute gastritis,it can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,reduce recurrence,and with high safety.
