摘要
大功率DC/DC变换器是将新能源连接至中压直流电网的重要环节。在此提出一种适用于中压直流电网的新型复合式全桥变换器,该变换器能实现全负载范围内主开关管的零电流开通和关断,并有效减小了开关损耗。在此分析了变换器的工作原理,并设计一台120 V~1 200 V/1 kW的原理样机,验证了变换器的性能。
        High power DC/DC converter is the essential component for connecting the renewable energy sources to medium voltage DC grids.A novel hybrid full-bridge converter for high-power DC grid systems is proposed,and the main feature of the converter is that all the main switches can realize zero-current switching in the whole load range and switching loss is significantly reduced.The operation principles of the proposed converter are analyzed in detail,which has been verified by experimental results of a 120 V~1 200 V/1 kW prototype.
