摘要
目的:探讨MMP-9、WBC、Glu和HbA1C在急性脑梗死(ACI)患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法:以2017年1月至2018年12月广东省中山市人民医院神经内科收治的82例ACI(发作24h内)患者为研究对象,根据美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表NIHSS评分分为神经功能损害轻度组(n=45)、中度组(n=23)和重度组(n=14),比较三组之间MMP-9、WBC、Glu和HbA1C水平,及其与入院和出院时NIHSS评分的相关性。结果:(1)中度组和重度组MMP-9、WBC、Glu和HbA1C明显高于轻度组(P<0.05);(2)入院NIHSS评分与MMP-9、WBC、Glu和HbA1C的相关性分别为(r=0.399,P=0.000),(r=0.389,P=0.000),(r=0.310,P=0.005)和(r=0.270,P=0.014);出院NIHSS评分与MMP-9和WBC的相关性为(r=0.326,P=0.002)和(r=0.367,P=0.001),MMP-9与HbA1C的相关性为(r=0.252,P=0.022)。结论:ACI患者入院时的MMP-9、WBC、Glu和HbA1C表达水平可作为ACI发生时神经功能缺损严重程度和预后的评估指标。
Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum MMP-9、white blood cell count、glucose and HbA1 C in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods:82 patients with ACI were classified as subjects from Jan 2017 to Dec 2018 in the hospital. Severity of stroke was determined according to the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)at the time of admission,grouped the cases by NIHSS level as mild impairment group(n=45),moderate impairment group(n=23)and severe group(n=14). The MMP-9、white blood cell count、glucose and HbA1 C at the time of admission were compared among the groups,and the relationship with NIHSS score were analyzed. Results:MMP-9、white blood cell count、glucose and HbA1 C in moderate impairment group and severe group were significantly higher than those in mild impairment group(P<0.05). The admission NIHSS score had relationship with MMP-9(r=0.399,P=0.000),white blood cell count(r=0.389,P=0.000)、glucose(r=0.310,P=0.005)and HbA1 C(r=0.270,P=0.014). The discharge NIHSS score had relationship with MMP-9(r=0.326,P=0.002),white blood cell count(r=0.367,P=0.001). MMP-9 had relationship with HbA1 C(r=0.252,P=0.022). Conclusion:It is a kind of severity and prognosis in patients with ACI that the levels of serum MMP-9,white blood cell count,glucose and HbA1 C at the time of admission examined.
