Follicle development process is regulated periodically by a variety of molecules and the signaling pathways,Wnt signaling pathway is one of them.Wnt signaling pathway regulates many important aspects of animal development, including cell proliferation, cell migration and cell differentiation, etc.,and plays an important regulatory role in the development of hair follicles, which would provide more research ideas and practical application value for improving the quality of animal skins, treating the damage of human skin and solving increasingly serious hair loss problems. Therefore,in recent years,Wnt signaling pathway has been one of the hot spots in the study of signaling pathways. Therefore, this article reviewed Wnt signaling pathways, the development of hair follicles, and the regulation of Wnt signaling pathways on the development of hair follicles,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up research of researchers.
