摘要
介绍了首钢京唐公司焦炉煤气变压吸附制氢系统工艺流程。结合变压吸附制氢系统工艺特点,从三个方面对影响焦炉煤气制氢系统产氢量的因素进行分析。最后根据影响产氢因素的分析,结合实际情况提出日常生产操作及设备维护保养方面的应对对策及建议。
The system process of hydrogen production from COG by PSA in Shougang Jingtang was introduced. With the characteristics of PSA system,three influencing factors of hydrogen production from COG were analyzed. Finally,countermeasures and suggestions combined with the daily operation and maintenance of equipment were put forward.
