太钢球团矿比例增加后对高炉压差的影响及应对措施

摘要
对太钢球团矿比例增加后对高炉压差的影响及应对措施进行了分析总结。认为压差升高的主要原因是高炉块状带空隙率ε下降,及软熔带位置上移和宽度增加。并提出了应对措施,一方面,通过烧结矿球团矿混装、调整装料制度和布料角度及混加焦丁等方式改善透气性;另一方面,改善球团矿质量。
        It is summarized in the paper the influence of higher pellet ratio on blast furnace differential pressure and the countermeasures taken in Taiyuan Steel.The authors think higher differential pressure is mainly resulted from lowering of porosity e in lumpy zone and up-shifting and widening of adhesive zone and they also give in the paper the countermeasures:improving pellet quality and improving air permeability through mixing charge of sinter and pellet,regulation of charging system & distribution angle and charge of coke nut.
