摘要
抗硫腐蚀性能是镀锡板使用过程中的一项重要指标。本文研究了粗糙度和钝化工艺对大变形量镀锡板抗硫性能的影响。结果表明,粗糙度通过影响镀锡板与漆膜的结合力来影响抗硫性能,涂层烘烤固化过程中自由锡的氧化和Cr(OH)_3的失水会导致镀锡板与漆膜的附着力变差。通过调节粗糙度、钝化液pH和钝化电荷密度可有效提高镀锡板的附着力性能和抗硫性能。三缩颈蛋白饮料罐抗硫性能主要控制点为粗糙度不能低于0.35μm,钝化工艺中钝化液pH为4.0左右,钝化电荷密度为1.0 As/dm~2。
        Sulfur corrosion resistance is an important index of tinplate in the using process. In this paper,the influence of roughness and passivation process on the sulfur corrosion resistance of large deformation tinplate was studied. The results showed that roughness affected the sulfur corrosion resistance by influencing the adhesion of tin plate and coating. Oxidation of free tin and dehydration of Cr(OH)_3 could result in poor adhesion during coating solidification process. By adjusting roughness,pH value of chromium solution and charge destiny,the adhesion and sulfur corrosion resistance could be effectively improved. The main control point of the sulfur resistance of the triple neck protein beverage can was that the roughness should not be less than 0.35 μm and the pH of chromium solution and charge density should be controlled at 4 and 1.0 As/dm~2,respectively.
