摘要

以2016—2018年青岛地区紫叶黄栌白粉病病样为材料,利用形态学观察与分子生物学方法,本研究对紫叶黄栌白粉病病原菌进行鉴定。结果表明,青岛地区紫叶黄栌白粉病的病原菌是漆树白粉菌(Erysiphe verniciferae),且该病原菌引起的紫叶黄栌白粉病是首次被报道。
        In the study, the powdery mildew disease samples of Cotinus coggygria 'Purpureus' grown in Qingdao area from 2016 to 2018 were used to indentify its pathogenic bacteria by morphological observation and molecular biology method. The results showed that the pathogenic bacteria was Erysiphe verniciferae. And this was the first record of E. verniciferae infecting C. coggygria 'Purpureus' in China.
