天津市疾病预防控制机构档案的信息化建设现状及对策

摘要
加强全民健康信息化建设是全面深化医改、提高行业治理能力和推动实现科学发展的迫切需要,疾病预防控制机构档案信息化建设是全民健康信息化建设的重要内容。本文主要阐述了疾病预防控制机构档案信息化建设的重要性、现状以及从基础设施建设、应用系统建设和保障体系建设三方面提出具体实施措施,进一步提高疾病预防控制机构档案管理的规范力度,形成档案动态化使用的新思路,促进天津市疾病预防控制机构档案管理服务功能的多元化,为建立"健康中国2030"奠定基础。
Strengthening the health information construction of the whole people is an urgent need to comprehensively deepen the medical reform,improve the ability of industrial governance,and promote the scientific development. Archive informatization construction of disease prevention and control institutions is an important part of national health informatization construction. This paper mainly expounds the importance and status of archive informatization construction in disease control and prevention institutions, put forward the specific implementation measures from three aspects of infrastructure construction, application system construction and guarantee system construction, further improve the standardization of archives management in disease prevention and control institutions, and form a new idea of dynamic use of archives, so as to promote the diversification of archives management service functions of Tianjin disease control and prevention institutions and lay the foundation for the establishment of "Healthy China 2030".
