摘要
铋精炼渣中由于锌、氯的化合物存在,物料在熔炼过程中存在渣熔点高、流动性差、氯化铋大量挥发的问题,使反射炉熔炼该物料成本高,直收率低。针对该问题提出了采用湿法控制p H浸出的办法,将含高锌、高氯难熔易挥发的铋精炼渣进行湿法处理,脱除锌氯等杂质,为反射炉熔炼产出粗铋提供最理想的冶炼原料,大幅降低生产成本、有效提升直收率。铋直收率可达90%以上,回收率达99%以上。
        Due to the existence of zinc and chlorine compounds in bismuth refining slag,the high melting point and poor fluidity of slag and the volatilization of bismuth chloride in the process of smelting lead to high cost and low direct yield of the material in reverberatory furnace. In this process,a method of controlling Ph by wet leaching is proposed. Bismuth refining slag containing high zinc,high chlorine,refractory and volatile is treated by wet process to remove impurities such as zinc and chlorine. It provides the most ideal raw material for producing crude bismuth in reverberatory furnace smelting,greatly reducing production costs and effectively improving direct yield. The direct yield of bismuth is over 90% and the recovery is over 99%.
