组合评价法在医疗服务质量评价中的运用研究

摘要
目的探讨组合评价法在医疗服务质量评价中的运用,为医院开展医疗服务质量综合评价提供参考。方法利用4种单一方法分别评价医院的服务质量,选取其评价一致性与相关性检验较好的结果,用综合评价法的平均值法评价医院服务质量。结果医院的医疗服务质量趋势总体向好,2016年质量最好,其次是2017年,最差是2014年。结论组合评价法结果可解释性较好,较单一评价法更稳健。
Objectives To explore the application of the combined evaluation method in the evaluation of medical service quality, and provide references for comprehensive evaluation of medical service quality in hospitals. Methods The hospital's service quality was evaluated by four single methods,and the results with good evaluation consistency and correlation were selected. The average value of the comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the hospital service quality from 2013 to2017. Results From 2013 to 2017, the quality of medical service in hospitals is generally good.The quality of medical services in 2016 is best,followed by 2017,whereas the quality of medical services in 2014 ranks worst. Conclusion The results of the combined evaluation method are more interpretable and more robust than those of the single evaluation method.
