摘要
以国内外航空公司为样本数据进行实证分析,通过因子分析法与多元回归分析法探索并购后资源整合对航空公司竞争力的影响状况。研究结果表明,保留独立品牌、统一财务管理目标与制度等与航空公司竞争力提升显著正相关;并购后进行战略整合、留住核心人才短期内使航空公司竞争力下降,但中长期内对其有正面影响。总体而言,并购后资源整合对航空公司竞争力有正面影响,但并购后第一年航空公司竞争力提升明显小于并购后第二年与第三年。
This paper uses domestic and foreign airlines as empirical data for empirical analysis,and explores the impact of resource integration on airline competitiveness after factoring by factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research results show that the retention of independent brands, unified financial management objectives and systems are significantly positively related to the improvement of airline competitiveness; after the merger, strategic integration and retention of core talents will reduce the competitiveness of airlines in the short term, but in the medium and long term have a positive impact. Overall,resource integration after mergers and acquisitions has a positive impact on airline competitiveness, but the competitiveness of airlines in the first year after mergers and acquisitions is significantly less than the second and third years after mergers and acquisitions.
