PDCA循环法在临床科室麻醉、精神药品管理中的应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环法在临床科室麻醉、精神药品管理中的应用效果。方法:将2013年1月~2014年12月某院药剂科麻醉、精神药品管理中87次质控检查结果设为对照组,将2015年1月~2016年12月药剂科麻醉、精神药品管理中96次质控检查结果设为研究组,对照组实施传统的药品管理,研究组实施PDCA循环法,比较两组检查中问题发生率。结果:研究组麻醉、精神药品管理中存在问题发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);PDCA实施前后管理满意度分别为74.19%、92.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在麻醉、精神药品管理中实施PDCA循环法有助于减少存在问题发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation in anesthesia and psychotropic drugs management in clinical department.Methods:Selected the results of the 87 quality control examination in the anesthesia and psychotropic drugs administration of a hospital from January 2013 to December2014 as the control group,and the results of the 87 quality control examination in the anesthesia and psychotropic drugs administration of a hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 as the control group.The control group was given traditional drug management;the study group was implemented PDCA cycle method.The incidence of problems in the two groups of drug management were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of problems in the anesthesia and psychotropic drugs management of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the degree of satisfaction before and after PCDA implement were 74.19%,92.55%,respectively.The difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the anesthesia and psychotropic drugs management,the implementation of the PDCA cycle method is helpful to reduce the incidence of problems.
