呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的集束化护理体会
摘要
目的:分析呼吸机相关性肺炎患者实施集束化护理的效果。方法:本次对象从我院2012年7月-2016年9月机械通气患者中挑选,按随机抽样法将100例分成两组,其中,干预组50例患者实施集束化护理,常规组50例患者实施基础化护理,统计两组患者的总体护理效果。结果:干预组患者的呼吸机相关肺炎的病发率少于常规组,护理满意率高于常规组,P<0.05,有区别。结论:临床给予呼吸机相关性肺炎患者集束化护理作用突出,可缩短通气时间,预防病症发生,提高护理质量,值得借鉴。
Objective: To analyze patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia implement cluster nursing effect. Methods: The object from the hospital in July 2011-September 2015 mechanically ventilated patients were selected randomly sampling 100 patients divided into two groups, intervention group 50 patients embodiment cluster nursing, 50 cases of the conventional group basis for the implementation of patient care, the statistical effect of two groups of patients overall care.Results: The incidence rates in the intervention group were ventilator-associated pneumonia less than the conventional group, satisfaction with care was higher than the conventional group, P <0.05, there are differences. Conclusion:The clinical administration of ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients with cluster nursing role prominent, can be shortened ventilation to prevent the occurrence of disease, improve quality of care, it is worth learning from.
