摘要
<正>超声振动控制瞬时弹性成像(VCTE)技术可通过测定弹性剪切波在组织内的传播速度,快速获取肝脏硬度值(LSM),从而反映肝纤维化的程度。很多研究证实,LSM与肝硬化门静脉高压(PHT)也有较强的相关性。肝硬化是造成门静脉高压的最常见病因,但约10%的门静脉高压由非肝硬化原因引起,称为非肝硬化门静脉高压(NCPH)。由于NCPH缺乏明显纤维化,LSM可能低于肝硬化门静脉高压。那么对于门静脉高压的患者,能否通过LSM对肝硬化和非肝硬化进行鉴别呢?
