广州市特色小镇产业定位与建设思路研究——以从化区为例

摘要
特色小镇建设是助力供给侧结构性改革、实现国家乡村振兴目标的重要途径。通过梳理广州市特色小镇的创建背景及从化区特色小镇建设现状,结合从化区在自然、人文、交通、人力方面的建设优势,明确从化区特色小镇建设产业定位和总体框架,进一步提出长期性规划、阶段性经营、立足本土、企业村民共建、产业融合、避免机械效仿和地产化主导经营的建设思路,增强广州市特色小镇建设的可实施性,以期为今后广州特色小镇的创建工作提供理论借鉴。
The construction of characteristic towns is an important way for the country to facilitate the supply-side structural reform and realize rural revitalization. With creating background of Guangzhou characteristic towns and construction situation of characteristic towns in Conghua district,combing the nature,culture,transportation,manpower advantage of Conghua district,it points out the industry positioning and general frameworks clearly,further puts forward the construction thinking of the long-term planning,stage operation,the localization,co-construction of enterprise and villagers,industrial convergence,avoids mechanical follow and real estate leading,all of which will enhance the practicality of characteristic towns of Guangzhou and provide theoretical reference for creating work of Guangzhou characteristic towns in the future.
