摘要

利用2003—2015年地级市面板数据,通过系统GMM估计实证分析了土地财政对我国城镇化协调发展所产生的影响,并对这种影响是否存在区域差异性做了进一步探究。结果表明:整体上,土地财政对我国城镇化协调发展具有显著的负面影响;分地区看,土地财政收入的提高,对东部地区城镇化协调发展的负面影响最为突出,对西部地区的影响大于中部地区。稳健性检验显示回归结果不受样本时期和因变量指标选择的影响。
        Relying on the panel data of prefecture-level cities from 2003 to 2015,this paper analyzes the impact of land finance on the coordinated development of urbanization through using sys-GMM estimation,and further explores whether there is regional difference in this effect. The results show that: on the national level,the land finance of China has significantly negative influence on the coordinated development of urbanization; on the regional level,the increase in land finance has the most prominent negative impact on the coordinated development of urbanization in eastern regions,and has a greater impact in western regions than in middle regions. Moreover,the robustness test shows that the regression results were not affected by the sample period and the choice of dependent variable indicators.
