摘要
目的分析龙游县2014年-2017年食源性疾病的流行特征,为食源性疾病防控提供参考依据。方法从浙江省食源性疾病监测报告系统中收集龙游县2014年-2017年食源性疾病监测信息,对监测结果进行统计学分析。结果 2014年-2017年龙游县共上报食源性疾病病例1 636例,男、女比为1.2:1.0,>60岁组报告病例数最多(393例,24.02%),职业分布以农民最多(859例,52.51%)。423例病例填写了可疑食品暴露信息,可疑食品的来源场所主要是家庭(346例,81.80%)。送检1 605份生物标本,检出致病病原体42株,检出率为2.62%,其中检出沙门菌最多(23株,54.76%),病原体的检出主要集中在第三季度,不同季度的食源性病原体检出差异有统计学意义(χ~2=39.54,P<0.01)。结论龙游县食源性疾病病原主要为沙门菌,应加大监管力度,加强宣传教育,降低食源性疾病的发病率。
        Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of the food-borne diseases in Longyou County from 2014 to 2017, so as to provide basis for the prevention of food-borne diseases. Methods The data of food-borne diseases in Longyou from 2014 to 2017 were collected and analyzed from Zhejiang Food-borne Diseases Surveillance System, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Totally 1 636 food-borne cases were reported and the ratio of male to female was 1.2:1.0. The cases who aged >60 years(393 samples, 24.02%) were more than the others, and the incidence from peasants(52.51%) was higher than the others. The suspicious exposure information was collected from 423 cases and the source place of suspicious foods was mainly from family which accounted for 81.80%(346 cases). 42 strains of foodborne pathogenic bacteria were detected from 1 605 collected stool specimens in diarrhea patients, and the detection rate was 2.62%, most of which was Salmonella(23 strains, 54.76%). The pathogens were mainly detected in the third quarter, and the food-borne pathogens were significantly different in different seasons(χ~2=39.54, P<0.01). Conclusion The food-borne disease were caused mainly by Salmonella in Longyou county, so it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance and health education of foodborne diseases, so as to reduce the incidence of foodborne disease.
