含锑金矿湿法浸出生产粗锑的工艺研究

摘要
研究了含锑金矿湿法浸出生产粗锑的工艺条件,含锑金矿先浮选产出锑精矿,然后在氢氧化钠含量40 g/L、硫化钠含量100 g/L、温度60℃条件下浸出,锑的浸出率达91.7%。浸出液通过贫化电积得到含锑97%以上的粗锑产品,富含硫化钠的电贫液进行蒸发结晶产出粗制硫化钠外售。实际生产证明该工艺经济效益良好,可实现无三废绿色环保生产。
        This paper studies the process conditions for crude antimony production with hydrometallurgical leaching of antimony-bearing gold ore. Antimony-bearing gold ore first goes through the flotation to produce antimony concentrate and then it is leached under the conditions of sodium hydroxide content of 40 g/L, sodium sulfide content of 100 g/L and temperature of 60℃, in this way, the leaching rate of antimony can reach 91.7%. The leachate goes through the electrowinning to produce crude antimony with antimony content of more than 97% Sodium sulfide-enriched barren liquor goes through evaporation and crystallization to produce crude sodium sulfide for sale.The actual production proves that this process has good economic benefits and can realize green production without three wastes.
