物业管理智慧化发展的标准化和信息化建设

摘要
在万物互联的新时代,智慧化城市不断发展。本文结合大数据时代下智慧城市的发展背景,分析了我国物业管理行业的发展现状,提出我国物业企业应打造以标准化体系为框架,以信息技术为基础,结合各应用子平台和ERP管理信息系统的智慧物业管理平台,为物业企业发展智慧物业,提出了标准化和信息化相关的建设思路。
In a new era of interconnectedness, smart cities are constantly developing. Combined with the development background of intelligent city in the era of big data, the paper analyses the present situation, proposing that property enterprises in China should build a standardized system as a framework and be based on information technology. At the same time, it is the smart property management platform combined with various application subplatforms and ERP management information system, so that it can develop intelligent property for property enterprises and put forward the construction ideas related to standardization and informatization.
