摘要
针对带式输送机滚筒轴在工作过程中受到交变的弯扭组合和应力作用,导致出现滚筒轴出现变形或者折断的问题,通过利用ANSYS Workench仿真分析软件,对滚筒轴的结构进行优化,在确保使用安全的前提下降低了滚筒轴的结构质量,提升了输送机运行效率和安全性。
Aiming at the problem that the drum shaft of belt conveyor is deformed or broken because of alternating bending-torsion combination and stress during working process, the structure of the drum shaft is optimized by using ANSYS Workench simulation analysis software, and the drum shaft is reduced on the premise of ensuring safety in use. The structure quality improves the operation efficiency and safety of the conveyor.
