摘要
文章通过分类阐述汽轮机新型服务形式和主要服务产品,特别研究介绍了远程监测诊断系统,为汽轮机服务实现远程、智能诊断提供了方向。文章通过对实际案例分析汽轮机升级的热耗收益,表明通过热力系统改造优化升级、通流改造优化升级、供热改造及灵活性改造等汽轮机产品升级改造手段对降低机组热耗,提高经济性、可靠性及灵活性有很大的作用。
The new service forms and main service products of steam turbines are introduced in this paper. Especially, the research of remote monitoring and diagnosis system is introduced, which provides a direction for the remote and intelligent diagnosis of steam turbines. Through the analysis of actual cases, the paper shows that the upgrading measures of steam turbine, such as optimization and upgrading of thermal power system, optimization and upgrading of steam flow, heating and flexibility transformation, play a great role in reducing the heat consumption and improving the economy, reliability and flexibility of the units.
