住院总医师培训制度在提升急诊专业人才素质教育中的作用

摘要
根据我国急诊医学发展特点和住院总医师培训实际,探讨了如何提升急诊住院总医师素质教育,加强急诊专业人才队伍建设。由于急诊科疾病种类繁多、急救事件多发、快速识别与及时救治对危重患者至关重要,因此对住院总医师提出了特殊要求。文章结合住院总医师制度在急诊科的实施,及对急诊人才培养特点分析,指出在急救成功率不断提高的背景下,科学、规范地实施住院总医师制度对培养全面发展的急诊医学人才具有重要的作用。
Considering the development characteristics of emergency medicine and the training status of chief residents in China,this paper explores how to improve quality education of emergency chief residents,so as to facilitate development of emergency medical staff.Given the wide variety of diseases and high frequency of emergency events in the emergency department,it is vital to quickly identify and timely treat critical patients,and this is particularly demanding for the chief resident.Combining the implementation effects of the chief resident system with the peculiarities of emergency staff training,this paper argues that in the context of constantly increasing success rate of emergency treatment,normative implementation of the chief resident system is important for overall development of emergency medical staff.
