摘要
以Nb-Fe、Al粉为原料,通过自耗电极直流电弧原位冶金制备不同成分的Nb-Al基金属间化合物。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和金相显微镜对其显微组织进行分析,结果表明含Ni元素的金属间化合物裂纹敏感性较低,且含Ni的金属间化合物显微组织多呈不规则大面积块状,且边缘圆润无棱角,含Ni的金属间化合物能提高延性及韧性。
Nb-Al intermetallics compounds with were prepared by the technology of the consutrode DC are in-situ metallurgy using Nb-Fe and Al powder as raw materials.The microstructure was performed with X-ray diffractometers, scanning electron microscopy and metallographic microscope.The results showed that intermetallics compounds containing Ni had crack sensitivity lower and the microstructure of intermetallics compounds containing Ni was mostly irregular,large area blocks, and the edges are round and angular, so the intermetallic compounds containing Ni can increase ductility and toughness.
