莫西沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎临床观察

摘要
目的观察分析莫西沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月在我院接受治疗的社区获得性肺炎患者60例作为研究对象。按照数字表法,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察对比两组患者临床效果、总有效率、相关细菌清除率等。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率优于对照组;观察组患者流感嗜血杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌清除率均优于对照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽咳痰消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间和肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对社区获得性肺炎患者使用莫西沙星进行治疗,能够有效提高治疗效果,提高细菌清除率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxifloxacin in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia. Methods 60 cases of patients with community acquired pneumonia treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the study subjects. According to the method of digital table, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The clinical effect, total effective rate and bacterial clearance rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The clearance rates of Haemophilus influenzae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). The time of recovery of body temperature, disappearance of cough and sputum, disappearance of dyspnea and disappearance of lung rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with communityacquired pneumonia with moxifloxacin can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and increase the bacterial clearance rate.
