摘要
为了满足强耦合宽带应用,文中提出了一种基于缝隙耦合原理的新型基片集成波导(SIW)定向耦合器。横缝和纵缝垂直排布,缝隙单元以正"T"和倒"T"形式组成五元阵列,信号通过公共地上的缝隙阵列耦合到下层SIW的耦合端口。依据这种原理,设计了耦合度3 dB的定向耦合器,并给出了推广到5 dB和7 dB耦合器的设计参数。仿真和实测结果显示,该定向耦合器实现了较好的宽带特性。3 dB耦合器相对带宽为29.9%,输入端口驻波比在工作频段内小于1.42,隔离度小于18 dB。
In order to meet the application requirements of broadband system, a novel type of substrate integrated wave guide(SIW) directional coupler based on slot coupling theories is designed. The signal is coupled to the coupling port of SIW through a slot array on the common ground, which consists of vertically arranged transverse and longitudinal slots. The array is a five-element array in the form of positive "T" and inverted "T". Prototype of 3 dB directional couplers is designed, parameters of 5 dB and 7 dB are presented. From the simulated results, it is illustrated that the 3 dB coupler shows approximately 29.9% fractional bandwidth. The voltage standing wave ratio of the input port is less than 1.42 and the isolation is less than 18 dB in the working frequency band.
