摘要

当前部分大学生参与社会兼职的行为呈现出功利心较强、途径较复杂、安全隐患较大等问题,主要是受就业压力大、部分高校管理模式束缚、个人价值观错误等因素的影响。针对这些问题,文章从社会、高校、学生三个角度提出解决对策,引导大学生理性参与社会兼职工作。
        Currently, some college students' social part-time behaviors show a series of problems such as strong utilitarian, complex ways and large potential safety hazard. It is influenced by such factors as great employment pressure, college administration mode and wrong individual values. For these problems, the solutions were put forward from three aspects: the society, the college and the students.The college students should be guided correctly to take part in social part-time jobs.
