针药并用对肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征卵巢功能的影响

摘要
目的观察针药并用对肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征卵巢功能的影响。方法 90例肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为针药组、西药组和中药组,每组30例。中药组采用中药口服,西药组口服克罗米芬,针药组采用电针配合中药治疗。观察3组治疗前后激素的变化,并比较3组临床疗效及排卵率、妊娠率、流产率。结果针药组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于中药组的76.7%和西药组的73.3%(P<0.05)。针药组治疗后黄体生成素(LH)、黄体生成素(LH)/卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)及胰岛素水平低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),针药组低于中药组和西药组(P<0.05)。针药组排卵率和妊娠率明显高于中药组和西药组(P<0.05),流产率明显低于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论针药并用治疗肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征疗效显著,能够有效提高排卵率和妊娠率,降低流产率,有利于改善患者的激素的水平。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture plus medication on ovary function in polycystic ovary syndrome due to kidney deficiency and blood stagnation. Method Ninety patients with polycystic ovary syndrome due to kidney deficiency and blood stagnation were randomized into an acupuncture-medication group, and Western medication group and a Chinese medication group, with 30 cases in each group. The Chinese medication group was intervened by oral Chinese medication, the Western medication group was given oral clomiphene citrate, and the acupuncture-medication group was intervened by electro acupuncture plus Chinese medication. The hormone levels in the three groups were observed before and after treatment. The clinical efficacies, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, and abortion rate were compared among the three groups. Result The total effective rate was 93.3% in the acupuncture-medication group, significantly higher than 76.7% in the Chinese medication group and 73.3% in the Western medication group(P<0.05). The levels of luteinizing hormone(LH), luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone(LH/FSH), testosterone(T), and insulin dropped after treatment in the acupuncture-medication group(P<0.05), and they were lower than those in the Chinese medication group and Western medication group(P<0.05). The ovulation and pregnancy rates in the acupuncture-medication group were significantly higher than those in the Chinese medication group and Western medication group(P<0.05). The abortion rate in the acupuncture-medication group was markedly lower than that in the other two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture-medication produces significant efficacy in treating polycystic ovary syndrome due to kidney deficiency and blood stagnation. It can effectively increase ovulation and pregnancy rates, decrease abortion rate, and is beneficial to the improvement of reproductive hormone levels.
