从痰湿论证肥胖与胰岛素抵抗的关系

摘要
近年来糖尿病以及肥胖的发病率皆呈现不断上升的趋势,二者的防治已成为医学界相关邻域的研究重点。我国传统医学对于消渴及肥胖的认识甚早,关于上诉两种病证历代医家已形成了较系统的理论,但涉及二者相关性的论述有限,且较少从痰湿进行论证,而究其各自的发病机理,可发现痰湿是二者的共通点。现代医学研究表明痰湿是肥胖发病的重要原因,同时也是产生胰岛素抵抗的主要病理基础之一。所以本文从痰湿这一共同病理出发,进一步阐释肥胖与胰岛素抵抗的联系。
In recent years the incidence of diabetes and obesity are rising, the prevention and treatment of these two diseases has become the focus of medical research.Our traditional Chinese medicine,s understanding about diabetes and obesity can be traced back to a long time ago, the theories of the medical experts in past dynasties have formed a systematic theory, but the discussions about the relationship between above two diseases is limited, and there are few related argumentation which discuss them from the perspective of phlegm dampness, but in their respective pathogenesis, it can be found that phlegm dampness is the common point of both.Modern medical studies have shown that phlegm dampness is an important cause of obesity and is also one of the main pathological basis for insulin resistance. Therefore, based on the common pathology of phlegm dampness, this paper further explains the relationship between obesity and insulin resistance.
