独立学院大学生学习情况调查及对策研究——基于江苏省八所独立学院的实证分析

摘要
实施以学生为主体、以学生就读经验为视角的内部教育教学质量评估正成为高等教育质量评估发展的新趋势。独立学院作为我国高等教育大众化发展过程中应运而生的一种新型办学实体,应当综合分析并运用这种新型评估方式,不断反思与持续改进教育教学质量。文章以江苏省八所独立学院的大学生作为调查对象,从学习目标与就业规划、学习投入、能力发展三个维度分析了独立学院大学生学习情况及其背后隐藏的教育教学质量问题,并提出了实施精准教改、聚焦能力培养、强化师生互动的解决对策。
The student-oriented assessment of internal education quality based on the perspective of students' studying experience becomes the latest trend of higher education quality assessment. As a new type of educational entity that came into being in the process of popularization of higher education in our country, independent colleges should comprehensively analyze and apply this new type of assessment method to constantly reflect on and improve the quality of education and teaching. Based on the survey of college students from eight independent colleges in Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the students' learning situation and the hidden problems in education quality from three dimensions which are learning objectives and employment planning, learning input, and ability development. This paper also proposes three solutions, which are implementing precise teaching reform, focusing on capacity-building and strengthening student-teacher interaction.
