摘要

目的分析将疏血通注射液应用到糖尿病导致的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者中的治疗效果。方法 2017年1月—2018年12月,从该院选取50例糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者作为研究对象,随机均匀分组,组别可分为对照组(25例)与观察组(25例),在对照组中应用前列地尔,观察组中应用疏血通注射液。结果对照组和观察组患者的治疗总有效率分别为64.00%、92.00%,观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将疏血通注射液应用到糖尿病导致的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者中的效果显著。
        Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong injection on lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans caused by diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 50 patients with diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were randomly and evenly divided into control group(25 cases) and observation group(25 cases). Alprostadil was used in control group and Shuxuetong injection was used in observation group. Results The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 64.00% and 92.00%, respectively. The total effective rates of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Shuxuetong injection is effective in treating lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans caused by diabetes mellitus.
