摘要
随着蚊媒传染病对人类社会的危害性逐渐增加,对蚊体内蚊媒病毒进行准确、快速检测的需求越来越迫切。从最初的分离接种法,发展到较新的分子生物学和快速检测试剂盒,检测技术的进步为实现蚊媒病毒的快速准确检测带来可能。本文就蚊体内病毒检测方法的研究进展进行综述。
        With the increasing harm of mosquito-borne infectious diseases, the needs on the accurate and rapid detectionof mosquito-borne mosquito virus have become increasingly urgent. Numerous detection methods have come upsince earlyvirus separation and inoculation, such as novel molecular biology method and rapid detection kits, and the progress of detectiontechnology make it possible for rapid and accurate mosquito-borne virus detection. In this paper, we present an overview of thedetection methods of the mosquito-borne virus.
