曲安奈德鼓室灌注治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果和复发率观察

摘要
目的探讨分泌性中耳炎采用曲安奈德鼓室灌注治疗效果及对复发率的影响。方法选取2017年1月～2018年1月本院收治的66例分泌性中耳炎患者展开研究,以随机分组法作为分组依据,将66例患者分为对照组、观察组,每组均33例。对照组用常规治疗,观察组用曲安奈德鼓室灌注治疗,分析两组治疗总有效率、临床观察指标、耳积液炎性因子水平、复发率。结果治疗总有效率与对照组比较,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);临床观察指标、耳积液炎性因子水平相较于对照组,观察组较优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);与对照组比较复发率,观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论分泌性中耳炎采用曲安奈德鼓室灌注治疗,既可改善临床观察指标、耳积液炎性因子水平,又可提高治疗效果、降低复发率,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of triamcinolone acetonidetympanic perfusion in the treatment of secretory otitis media and its effect on recurrence rate. Methods 66 patients with secretory otitis media who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and studied.According to the computerized randomization method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment while the observation group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide tympanic perfusion.The total effective rate of treatment,clinical observation indexes,inflammatory factors and recurrence rate of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatmentin the observation groupwas higher than thatin the control group(P < 0.05).The clinical observation indexes and the level of ear effusion inflammatory factorsin the observation groupwere better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation groupwas lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonidetympanic perfusion in the treatment of secretory otitis media can not only improve the clinical observation indexes andlevel of ear effusion inflammatory factors,but also improve thecurative effect and reduce the recurrence rate.It has high clinical application value,which is worthy of promoting.
