摘要

介绍了高层建筑梁式转换层的基本概念,分析了梁式转换层的基本构造以及承载能力,通过研究梁式转换层施工中的重难点,提出了在高层建筑中梁式转换层的应用方法,从而增强高层建筑的整体稳定性。
        The paper introduces the basic concept,basic component and loading capacity of the girder transfer floor of high-rise buildings,and points out the application methods of the girder transfer floor in high-rise buildings according to the study on its main points and difficulties,so as to enhance the overall stability of high-rise buildings.
