摘要
评述了采用水浸法、酶辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法、超声波辅助提取法、树脂法和超临界萃取法提取茶多糖的方法,对茶多糖的研究前景作了展望,为今后此类化合物的研究、开发提供可借鉴的依据。
The extraction method of tea polysaccharides with water extraction method,enzymaticassisted extraction method, microwave assisted extraction method, ultrasonic assisted extraction method,resin assisted extraction method and method of supercritical CO_2 were reviewed. The future research direction and developing prospect of tea polysaccharides were also discussed.
