护理专业学位研究生培养现状及建议

<正>1992年我国开始护理科学学位研究生教育,2008年复旦大学护理学院和北京大学护理学院率先开始了临床型护理研究生的培养;2010年国务院学位办批准开始招收护理专业学位研究生(MSN),这一重大举措改变了我国长期以来只有护理科学学位研究生的现状,缩短了我国高等护理教育与国外的差距[1]。但目前在入学条件、专业设置、培养目标、课程设置、培养方式、考核评价和岗位设置方面,各大护理院校结合
