摘要
目的:对成骨细胞对造血的调控及传统药物在该调控中的作用研究进展进行综述。方法:查阅国内外相关文献,从成骨细胞的起源及其特性、成骨细胞在造血功能活动中的作用、以及传统药物在成骨细胞造血调控中的干预作用研究进展进行总结、分析。结果:成骨细胞是体内造血诱导微环境的重要成分,可表达多种黏附分子将造血干细胞锚定于造血龛中并影响其功能;可分泌多种造血调节因子促进造血细胞增殖、生长;可影响干细胞的动员和移植后归巢;在一些造血系统疾病时,伴有成骨细胞数目及功能异常。传统药物经成骨细胞调节造血研究较少,作用肯定。结论:以成骨细胞为靶点,研究传统药物的造血调节作用,值得关注。
        Objective: To review the progress of hematopoietic regulation of osteoblasts and the role of traditional medicine in the regulation. Method: Relevant literatures at home and abroad were reviewed. The origin and characteristics of osteoblasts, the role of osteoblasts in hematopoietic activity, and the intervention of traditional medicine in the regulation of osteoblasts hematopoiesis were summarized and analyzed. Result: Osteoblasts are important components of hematopoietic inductive microenvironment in vivo. This cell express various kinds of adhesion molecules to anchor hematopoietic stem cell into hematopoietic niches and affect their functions, promote the proliferation and the growth of hematopoietic cell, secrete many hematopoietic regulating factors as well as affect the stem cell's mobilization and homing after transplantation. The number and function of osteoblasts are abnormal in some hematopoietic diseases. Although there is little research on the effect of traditional medicine on hematopoiesis regulation by osteoblasts, the effect is positive. Conclusion: It is worthy to study the function of osteoblast in the hematopoiesis regulating of traditional medicine.
