心理护理应用于原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者的效果分析

摘要
目的分析对原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者实施心理护理的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月期间我院收治的80例原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予心理护理,比较两组患者的负性情绪及生活质量。结果入院时,两组患者的SDS评分、 SAS评分及GQOLI-74评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,观察组的SDS评分、 SAS评分显著低于对照组, GQOLI-74评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论针对性心理护理可有效改善原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者的负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing applied in patients with primary acute angle-closure glaucoma. Methods 80 cases of patients with primary acute angle-closure glaucoma admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Patients' negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results At admission, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the scores of SDS, SAS and GQOLI-74(P >0.05); At discharge, the scores of SDS and SAS of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the GQOLI-74 score was significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Targeted psychological nursing can effectively improve the negative emotion and improve the quality of life of patients with primary acute angle-closure glaucoma, which has high clinical application value.
