摘要
在工程施工实践中,由于结构所处位置受到地质条件的影响,因此如何选择该部位的施工支撑方案显得尤为重要。合理的施工支架设计,能有效缩短施工工期,减少施工安全事故。考虑到异型钢管支架在工程中的应用,本文以某悬臂施工立交特大桥为工程背景,运用Midas/civil有限元软件建立有限元数值仿真模型,采用极限应力法对支架各构件的强度、刚度、稳定性验算。结果表明:异型钢管支架施工不仅满足受力要求,而且有效地解决了直线段不良地质不能满足支架承载给施工带来的困难。
In the practice of engineering construction, how to choose the construction support scheme of this part is very important because the position of the structure is affected by the geological conditions. Reasonable construction support design can effectively shorten the construction period and reduce construction safety accidents. Considering the application of the special-shaped steel pipe support in the engineering, this paper takes a cantilever construction overpass bridge as the engineering background, establishes the finite element numerical simulation model by using the Midas/civil finite element software, and uses the limit stress method to analyze the strength of each member of the support. Stiffness, stability check calculation. The results show that the construction of special-shaped steel pipe supports not only satisfies the stress requirements, but also effectively solves the difficulties caused by the bad geology of the straight-line segment which can not meet the load-bearing capacity of the supports.
